Assistant Manager – Learning & Development

Job Location : Samutprakarn –|– Industry : Paint Manufacturing & Trading Company

  • Control and manage implementation activities follow plan of L&D including competency management, skill-based management & OJT, development program, leadership development, core value, employee engagement development, ICDP, talent & succession, career path, KM, learning management systems (LMS), etc.
  • Propose and create learning tools for developing employees along with practical actions.
  • Design and analyse assessment tools and processes to define competency gaps and recommend appropriate development tools in accordance with employee requirements.
  • Translate methods and theories into tangible tools and approaches that drive action.
  • Works closely with business unit head to assess skill gaps for designing & establishing short-term & long-term intensive development program.
  • Be an LMS administration, reporting tracking, and development dashboards.


  • Male or Female
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher MBA, HR, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or related field.
  • 3-5 years working experience in management level.
  • 4-6 years working experience in HRD/HROD/L&D field with thorough understanding of learning design and learning solution.
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors (LMS Module) or e-learning platform would be an advantage.
