Job Location : Bangkok, Thailand –|– Industry : Trading Business
Responsibilities :
- Handle various auditing task, review & control all audit team member, prepared reports on auditing activities.(According to Thai GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP, J-SOX)
- Head of Audit engagement team, streamlining operations.
- Make effective suggestions to improve internal controls which are implemented and duly appreciated
- Investigate handling of various transactions and accounts to bring out inefficiencies and fraudulent activities
- Prepare audit programs and repost for top management
- Retain staffs, Clear staff issues and develop relationship between staff and Management.
- Gradually observe the general climate of staff relationships/morale to ensure that staff’ issues have been well aware of.
- Regularly investigate manpower in each level to ensure appropriate number of staff in his/her industry.
- Discuss with resigning staff and make judgement as seen appropriate.
Qualifications :
- Male or Female
- Age 37 to 50 years old
- Graduate of Accounting degree, Preferably with CPA
- At least five years experience with an Auditing firm, and 5 years experience working in the corporate world
- Detailed oriented, meticulous and can see things both in macro and micro manner
