Responsibilities :
- Demand Planning monitoring.
- Control P/L of each Cedis. ( Distribution Center )
- Manage all sales team to achieve targeted sales volume and targeted numerical distribution while ensuring the right 5-P execution at the point of sale to achieve sales growth.
- Manage and closely monitor sales team in efficient way.
- On the job training to sales team to gain more selling skills.
- Build up good morale to accelerate sales.
- Analyze problems and opportunities, recommending solutions for stimulating sales growth.
- Collect and analyze the competitors’ promotion activities.
- Propose trade promotion to National Sales Manager.
Qualifications :
- Male or Female
- Age between 30 to 45 years old
- Graduate of Business Administration or related field
- At least five years experience in HORECA sales
- Highly presentable and good brand ambassador
- Impressive interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
