Sales Manager

Job Location : Bangkok -|- Industry : Beverage

Responsibilities :

  • Demand Planning monitoring.
  • Control P/L of each Cedis. ( Distribution Center )
  • Manage all sales team to achieve targeted sales volume and targeted numerical distribution while ensuring the right 5-P execution at the point of sale to achieve sales growth.
  • Manage and closely monitor sales team in efficient way.
  • On the job training to sales team to gain more selling skills.
  • Build up good morale to accelerate sales.
  • Analyze problems and opportunities, recommending solutions for stimulating sales growth.
  • Collect and analyze the competitors’ promotion activities.
  • Propose trade promotion to National Sales Manager.

Qualifications :

  • Male or Female
  • Age between 30 to 45 years old
  • Graduate of Business Administration or related field
  • At least five years experience in HORECA sales
  • Highly presentable and good brand ambassador
  • Impressive interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
